This Privacy Policy explains how BigTR (“BigTR”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the websites bigtrcoin.com and app.bigtrcoin.com (together, the “Platform”) and the BIGTR token pre-sale.
1. Information We Collect
Wallet and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet or make a purchase, your public wallet address and transaction data are recorded on the BNB Smart Chain. Blockchain data is public, permanent and outside our control.
Sign-in data. If you sign in with e-mail or phone, that identifier is processed by our embedded-wallet infrastructure provider to create and secure your wallet. We do not receive your password; authentication codes are handled by the provider.
Communications. If you contact us (e.g. at info@bigtrcoin.com), we receive the information you choose to send.
Technical data. Basic device and usage information (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) may be processed for security, performance and aggregate analytics.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or store your identity documents, selfies, card numbers or bank details. If you buy crypto with a card through a third-party on-ramp (such as a licensed provider), identity verification (KYC) and payment processing happen directly between you and that provider under its own privacy policy. We never see your documents or card data.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate the Platform, display your balances and transactions, provide support, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers that make the Platform work (blockchain infrastructure, embedded-wallet and RPC providers, hosting and analytics), with payment/on-ramp providers you choose to use, and where required by law. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA/UK under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, e-mail info@bigtrcoin.com. Note that we cannot alter or erase blockchain records.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No online service is 100% secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrase and devices.
8. Children
The Platform is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. International Transfers
Our providers may process data in various countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
