What is live, what comes next
The BigTR roadmap is ordered by maturity, not by dates. Phase 1 is in use today; everything after it is a target that depends on technical, economic and legal feasibility, not a delivery commitment.
How to read it
Four status labels, one meaning each
In use today
Products and systems that are running and can be checked: the app stores, the pre-sale contract, the audit report.
In development
Work that is under way and is the next milestone. It has a defined scope but no announced date.
Approved direction
Decided and budgeted as a direction; timing depends on the results of the previous phase.
Goal, subject to feasibility
The destination of the ecosystem. Explicitly conditional on technical, economic and legal feasibility.

Phase by phase
Foundation
The ecosystem already has a working product, a running pre-sale and public documentation.
- BigTR App live on iOS and Android with Türkiye as its first market: campaigns, special offers, surveys, tasks, user rewards and a digital balance in one place.
- Pre-sale open on BNB Chain in eight stages, paid in canonical USDT, on BigTR's own Web3 sales infrastructure. Owner and treasury are a Safe multisig (2 of 3).
- Security audit of the pre-sale contract by Cyberscope; final remediation completed on 7 August 2026, Security Score 95%.
- Documentation Whitepaper v1.6, Tokenomics Master Model v1.2, About BigTR and the Investor Deck v1.2, all aligned to the same figures.
Listing and economy
The coin moves from pre-sale to the open market and the economic policy switches on.
- First Tier-1 listing on a major crypto exchange. The unlock schedule and the pre-sale distribution (50% / 25% / 25% in months 1 to 3) start from this date.
- Distribution contract published and independently audited before the listing; claim mechanics announced at the same time.
- Buyback and burn policy begins: 30% of the profit generated by BigTR applications buys BIGTR from exchanges and burns it; 30% goes to new projects and investments.
- AI Assistant launches for businesses and individuals: AI phone calls, customer communication and surveys, with its own commercial model. Currently in development.
Own technology
BigTR builds the parts of its stack that make the ecosystem verifiable and independent.
- Transparency Center a public hub where buybacks, burns, vesting releases and treasury movements are published with on-chain records.
- Own AI infrastructure software developed by BigTR for the ecosystem's needs, hosted on BigTR-controlled infrastructure where technically and operationally appropriate.
- More exchanges listings on at least three Tier-1 crypto exchanges over time.
- Coin utility in products rewards, services and payments inside BigTR products where regulation allows.
Global network
The destination: a multi-country ecosystem running on its own chain.
- Country platforms such as BigAR (Argentina) and BigFR (France), through licensing and partnerships. Currently in the research and expansion phase.
- BigTR Blockchain with BigTR Coin as the core asset of its own network, moving the ecosystem off a third-party chain.
- Global digital ecosystem payments, identity and services across countries, subject to the regulations of each market.
Principles
What the roadmap does not promise
No dates. Phases move forward on milestones. A phase is marked live only when it can be verified, not when it is announced.
No price. Listings, buybacks and burns are policy and targets; none of them is a promise of a future price or return.
One source of truth. When a decision changes, the Tokenomics Master Model is updated first, then the whitepaper, the investor deck and this website, in that order.
Questions
Frequently asked about the roadmap
Does the roadmap have dates?
No. BigTR publishes milestones, not dates. A step is marked live only once it is in use and can be verified.
When is the first exchange listing?
After the pre-sale. The listing depends on exchange admission processes and market conditions; the date is announced when it is confirmed. The unlock schedule starts from that date.
Is the AI Assistant available now?
Not yet. It is in development and belongs to Phase 2. The BigTR App is the product that is live today.
Where can I follow progress?
On this page, in the whitepaper version history and, once launched, in the Transparency Center. Purchases and the current pre-sale stage can already be verified on BNB Chain.
