These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bigtrcoin.com and app.bigtrcoin.com (the “Platform”) and your participation in the BIGTR token pre-sale (the “Pre-sale”). The Platform is operated by BigTR (“we”, “us”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You may not use the Platform if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where participation in token sales is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions or on any restricted-party list. You are solely responsible for ensuring participation is lawful where you live. The Pre-sale is not offered to, and may not be used by, persons located in or resident of Türkiye; by using the Platform you confirm that you are not located in or a resident of Türkiye.
2. Nature of BIGTR
BIGTR is a utility token on BNB Smart Chain intended for use within the BigTR ecosystem. BIGTR is not an investment product, security, share, debt instrument or claim to profits, and nothing on the Platform is an offer of such. We make no promises regarding future value, liquidity, exchange listing or ecosystem development timelines.
3. Pre-sale Purchases
Purchases are executed on-chain via our audited pre-sale smart contract using USDT (BEP-20). You need your own self-custody wallet; you keep sole control of your keys. Token allocations are recorded on-chain at purchase and distributed according to the published unlock schedule (50% in month 1, 25% in month 2 and 25% in month 3 after the first Tier-1 crypto exchange listing; exact claim timing and release mechanics are announced before deployment). All purchases are final and irreversible. Blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or charged back once confirmed. Always verify contract addresses on the official Platform; we never contact you first asking for funds or keys.
4. Third-Party Services
Wallets (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet), embedded-wallet infrastructure, blockchain networks and fiat on-ramp providers (e.g. MoonPay) are independent services governed by their own terms. Card purchases of crypto, including identity verification (KYC), occur directly between you and the on-ramp provider; we are not a party to those transactions and never receive your documents or card details. Availability of card payments varies by country and provider.
5. Risks
Digital assets are highly volatile and you may lose the entire amount you spend. Risks include market and liquidity risk, regulatory changes, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network congestion or failure, wallet compromise and loss of keys. A third-party security audit reduces but does not eliminate smart-contract risk. Participate only with funds you can afford to lose.
6. No Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Seek independent professional advice before participating.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion; not to interfere with or exploit the Platform or contracts; and not to misrepresent your identity or location, including circumventing geographic restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, brand and content are our property or used under licence. You may not copy or use them except as needed to use the Platform.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or losses arising from blockchain networks, wallets, third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version with its effective date will always be available on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
